This Is What You Should Be Listening To: Vic Mensa-Orange Soda

Vic Mensa, another Chicago MC, but this MC isn't following in the popular shooter music that has taken off in the city. Mensa creates his own smooth style that anyone can vibe to mixing witty lyrics with different beats that include instruments of all sorts. Mensa was featured on Chance the Rappers project Acid Rap on the track "Cocoa Butter Kisses". Chance and Mensa seem to share the lighter style of rap in the city of Chicago, giving a change to the popular violent sound in the city, which I enjoy don't get me wrong, but it is good to see guys like this making a name for themselves with a different style.
